| Synbios He leads the first third of the three-part game, and doesn't talk much. He's a member of the Republic, with a father in the nobility, hence, he might not get along so well with Medion. Since I didn't get to play it, I don't have an opinion on how well he fights, but since he's the leader, I hope he fights well. |
Masquirin She's a mage that stands by Synbios' side through the game. I think they may have grown up together. |
Grace She's a healer, like Khris from Shining one, but looks like Alef from the same game. I think she comes from Synbios' home town. |
| Hayward He's an elven archer you have to find along your travels through the Republic, the Empire and all the surrounding areas. |
Irene From what I've read, she's noticeably foreign to the land she's found in, because she doesn't speak the language very well. She's also one of the games' monks. |
Julian He leads the third section of the game, and is an independently affiliated person. On top of that, he's a mercenary. He seems like a fairly abrupt person according to what I've read of him, but that may be because he was orphaned at the age of ten, thanks to events in Shining the Holy Ark. |
| Kahn One of the monks in the game, he's found in a village where you have to purify zombies instead of kill them. If I remember right, he's the person you have to use to purify said zombies. |
Noon He's a mage as best as I can tell, and his home town becomes overrun by or becomes a bunch of zombies. He'll only join if you don't kill anyone in the town, choosing to purify them all instead. |
Arthur Some suspect that he might be the same person as the Arthur from Shining one, partly because they both have a habit of standing by laundry, both are blonde centaurs, and both seem like layabouts until you show up. |
| Frank I hope that they still call them Warwolves by this point in the series, because that's what I call this guy. And he's a real reluctant member, since you have to push him all the way to the HQ to get him to join. |
Hagane All I can seem to remember is that this is one of the ninjas from the game. I can't even remember if Hagane is male or female. |
Medion Prince of the Empire, but not in line to inherit because his mother is a commoner, he's given the task of watching out for Gracia, a little boy whose importance stands in what group of people he's descended from, but I can't remember the names of them. The best I can figure is Inventors. |
| Gracia A young- at least young looking- boy who needs to be in the area at least at the end of the game when you try to win, I think, because of him being an Inventor or something like that. So you get to spend some of the game protecting him from kidnappers. |
