| The planet of Lunar has long wondered what the blue star means, but has never been able to gain the answers. They worship a goddess called Althena, who is kind, benevolent, and loves music. But for the last decade or so, she has disappeared, and people are beginning to wonder why she's not around, or if she even exists. In a small village called Burg, a youth and his friends embark on an adventure to the ice dragon cave. For the youth, this is the first step in becoming like his hero, the former Dragonmaster Dyne, who disappeared, or died, fifteen years before. |

Kyle He's in love with Jessica, but he has a hard time admitting it. He's also an alcoholic, and a skirt chaser, so it's not like Jessica's waiting with bated breath. |
Nall He's a baby white dragon with a smart mouth, a fondness for fish, and can occasionally ressurect your characters in battle. Just don't count on it, or you'll get the game over screen. |
| Laike He's a goodhearted man wandering around the world. It takes three quarters of the game to figure out how he can wander so far so fast, but hey, having the White Dragon Wings is a benefit to anyone. |
Dyne The Dragonmaster that went missing because he loved his goddess so much, he gave her his power so she could become human to wander the earth. |
Ghaleon A traveling companion to Mel of Meribia, Dyne, and Lemia Ausa, he's determined that the goddess should have her power back. Pity he went mad and decided she'd have her power, but would be subservient to him. |
| Phacia One of the Forbidden tribeswomen who masquerade as citizens of the other half of Lunar. She pretends to be a priestess, but in reality, she doesn't hate the rest of Lunar like her sisters do. |
